Very convenient as they will reach you no matter which part of Dubai you are in. The call centre staff are very friendly & professional. Today was the 3rd time I used their service & I have always had a positive experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I was particularly pleased with Mr. Hussain who helped replace my battery today! It was an absolute privilege to meet such an amazing person.

Excellent service. My battery died on Friday. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they responded promptly with all the details. They dispatched a service agent and within half an hour he arrived. He tested the battery, found it’s dead and then he proceeded with the replacement. Very professional. Fast and accurate service. 1 year warranty for the battery.

The technician turned up half-an-hour early. I was prepared to fork out for a new battery, but he told me it was just a loose connection, and tightened the nuts. How many people would’ve made me buy a battery?

Sajid was very professional and thorough with his work. He arrived 45 minutes after I placed the call and completed changing the battery and testing it in under 15 min. Excellent service! This is so much better than having to drive to Mussafah and fighting with traffic just to change a battery! I highly recommend Dial-A-Battery!

Brilliant service, they unsaid 1 hour and they were. Full function check of battery first. They tried everything but battery was fried. New battery, cleaned corrosion and car is ready to go. Got to thank Sajid for his very professional attitude. Highly recommend these guys
